Cays Associates - The Firm
Cays Associates was founded in August 2004 by Claude Ah Yuk Shing (Cays) - who is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (Uk) - FCCAHe has 18 years of experience as public accountant at BDO DCDM (one of the largest firm of Chartered Accountants in Mauritius) and 13 years experience as internal auditor & consultant at Rogers Group (one of the largest conglomerate in Mauritius listed on the stock exchange). He left Rogers Group in 2004 to establish Cays Associates which has grown up from a start up to a knowledgeable firm with a solid foundation.
Cays has “big four” professional work methodology and hands - on practical experience of the business environment. The broad wealth of experience and knowledge of Cays in both the public practice & in commerce and industry is a major asset for the benefit of the firm & all its clients ( present & prospective).He holds the relevant license from the regulatory bodies to practice as a public accountant in Mauritius and serves as director of several companies.
The other co founder of the firm is Mrs. Desiree Tang Ying Yuen who is fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (Uk) - FCCA. She has 8 years of experience as auditor and consultant at Deloitte & Touche, Rogers Group & Cays Associates.
We have made networking arrangements with independent qualified accountants, thus providing necessary human resources as & when required.
Our team (comprising 16 staff members) is a blend of youth, knowledge, experience, wisdom and imagination.
